Summary
This person will manage freelance illustrators and liaise with clients, ensure consistency is maintained throughout graphic novel series and children’s books, provide art direction to illustrators, and work with the design team to create a cohesive end product while reaching deadlines. This person will have a strong understanding of art fundamentals and the ability to communicate revisions visually through text and images. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
Nice to haves: degree in fine art or graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or strong drawing skills.
